Rodrigo is a contractor who has been hired to build a new house for a client. The site of the house is near a river, and the owner is worried that the house might flood if the river overflows. Rodrigo meets with other contractors to think of ways to avoid the risk of flooding. Eventually, he decides to build the house off the ground. The owner likes this idea. Rodrigo does some research and determines that the house should be at least one foot off the ground. He then purchases lumber and other materials that he will need to begin construction of the new house.
